Job Description

Job Summary:

The Data Feed Analyst is responsible for the set up of and maintenance of third party data feeds and liaising with feed suppliers, customers and the development team to resolve issues.
Responsibilities: Setting up new and existing clients on third party feeds.

• €¢ Dealing with e-mails and phone calls that require problem solving.

• €¢ Liaise with the development team to identify and resolve faults.

• €¢ Liaise with prospective third party data suppliers and manage initial sample data testing.

• €¢ Provide regular reports to all teams within the company Group that are customer service related.

• €¢ Live checking data that has been fixed and chasing third parties for data.

• €¢ Sending test links to new providers and ensure data goes live initially and monitor thereafter.

• €¢ Quality control checks on inactive agents and accounts which do not hold data or images. Candidate Requirements: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages

• €¢ Demonstrable knowledge networked computer systems

• €¢ Demonstrable Knowledge of XML and databases

• €¢ Previous experience of working in a helpdesk environment.

• €¢ Attention to detail and ability to organise workload efficiently

• €¢ Pro-active in updating customers and third party clients.

• €¢ High level understanding of quality control.

• €¢ Understand importance of high level of customer service.

• €¢ Ability to monitor tasks and follow up where appropriate.

• €¢ Monday to Friday 9.00am till 5.30pm.

• €¢ £7:50 per hour, weekly pay.
