Job Description
Based in Tonbridge, Kent, this major Motor Insurance company require experienced, tenacious and organised Customer Service / Claims Administrators to join their busy and friendly team.
Purpose of Role:
To deliver market leading claims management and customer service to Work Providers and their customers. The role encompasses: recovery of our outlays, and where appropriate, policy holder uninsured losses, in all non complex “non fault” claims. The role holder will effectively manage his/her own portfolio of claims which will be managed from start to finish.
Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications:
The role holder must have a customer service background, with a minimum of 3 months customer service experience. Ideally should have Maths & English at GCSE Grade C or above and the owner of a full Driving Licence.
