This agency have gone from strength to strength over the past few years and now employ over 60 people. They are based in the centre of town and specialise in creating innovative marcomms programmes for clients in the not for profit sector.

They are looking for a senior level brand planner to work with clients to develop their brand strategies - allowing the agency to offer increasingly specialist support. The clients are inspiring and some of the biggest names in the sector. You will report to the Strategy and Planning Director be responsible for pulling together the agencies research and knowledge and helping account handlers and more junior planners develop their strategic skills.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in research and insight tools and be able to create successful communications strategies from inception to completion and evaluation.
Desirable experience

Not for profit, either fundraising and/or campaigning and/or behaviour or attitudinal change
Agency experience
Digital planning
Direct response/relationship marketing/CRM programme development
Developing planning skills amongst colleagues
