Job Description

Our financial services client in central Brighton is seeking to recruit a Systems and Process Adviser within their Pensions teams focusing on Final Salary schemes. Purpose: To support the practice(s) by the provision of a comprehensive and effective support service across operations, systems and processes. Core accountabilities:

  • Supporting the Systems and Processes Manager in delivering an effective service to the Regulation team and other areas of the business as required.
  • Acting as a Change Planner for the Regulation team and any other areas of the business as be required.
  • Providing administrative support to non-case workstreams in the Regulation team, and other areas of the business where required.
  • Recording processes for Practice Management and Regulation teams.
  • Coordinating and recording internal and external training events for the Practice Management and Regulation teams in accordance with the objectives of the Systems & Processes Manager.
  • Recording systems and process enhancements
  • Coordinating induction processes for new staff in the Practice Management and Regulation teams.
  • Attendance at Best Practice and Issues Log panels.
  • Experience of working with multiple stakeholders to achieve joint outcomes
  • Experience of building positive relationships at an organisational level
  • Experience of process mapping
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Flexible, "can do" attitude
  • Experience of working with standard Office IT software applications
  • Knowledge of internal software (e.g. NOVA, SCORE, MSCRM) advantageous
  • Broad scope of pensions knowledge
  • Significant experience in presentation and training delivery to a range of audiences
  • Prince II qualification desirable
