Job Description

If you're a natural communicator who really enjoys the satisfaction of achieving sales targets, the opportunity to earn good commission and work as part of an award winning employer, then this could be your perfect next move.

We're Domestic and General working from our Contact Centre, right in the very heart of Brighton. We're now looking for sales people with ambition and the drive to pursue and regularly achieve sales targets. As a Sales Advisor we'll give you all the training required to work as part of our focussed telephone sales team cross-selling and up-selling to existing customers (so no cold calling). We have a strong focus on reward and recognition which includes uncapped sales commission, quarterly employee awards and regular team and company-wide incentives.

This role will help you develop skills or build on those already gained within a telesales, telephone marketing, customer services, sales, retail, call centre or contact centre environment.
