GRADUATE TRAINEES WELCOME – NO SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Pegasus is an outsourced new customer acquisition firm with offices in Brighton & Southampton.  We work with a shared portfolio of UK & European clientele looking to increase their market share, brand awareness and customer base.  We’re preparing to branch out into additional markets and take on additional clients, so we currently have multiple openings suitable for graduate trainees!

We’re looking for a handful of people that have what it takes to oversee the next big project that comes our way.  Over the next 6-12 months we’ll be preparing our top performers to oversee their own client or their own market.  In order to fully prepare people for the responsibility of looking after a client or a market, we have a structured Business Development Programme that has produced over 6 Managing Directors in the past 3 years!

Our extensive Business Development Programme includes:

• Face-to-Face Client Representation/ Customer Qualification
• Attending and Learning to Host Product Training Workshops
• Team Leadership and Goal Setting for Individuals & Groups
• Attending Client Meetings and Conference Calls
• Observing Day-to-Day Business Operations

Our Business Development Opportunities are perfect for Graduate Trainees because:

• The Programme is designed for rapid growth based on individual performance, not seniority or office politics.
• There’s a lot to learn in a short amount of time and Graduate Trainees tend to posses a strong level of determination and a student mentality.

Requirements/ Recommendations:

• All applicants must be over 18 years of age and eligible to work in the UK
• Our office is based in Brighton and you’ll need to travel here daily
• All participants of the Business Development Programme must be willing to begin with basic client representation and grow through outlined stages in order to oversee their own client or market.
