Job Description
SLS Services is a Recruitment Consultancy specialising in the Information Technology, Pharmaceutical and Insurance market sectors. We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Support Administrator to assist the sales teams.
The role will require you to provide a flexible approach and the ability to be able to priortise as workloads do fluctuate between answering the telephone, taking messages, database input and placing adverts on the relevant job boards.
Excellent communication skills are required as calls are received from both clients and candidates. A strong knowledge of MS Word is needed as the CV’s that are sent to us are required to be reformatted in our standard model and are received in to us in a variety of formats. We utilise an internal recruitment database system which you will be fully trained on.
You will also be involved with a range of additional responsibilities that come from working in a busy and successful sales environment. We are ideally looking for applicants that would be able to start with us within the next week. The hours of work are 9am to 5.30pm.
