Contribute to and work within the parameters of the agreed business plan for Product & Pricing.
Contribute to and work within agreed processes in order to deliver the business plan in line with the Pricing policy.
Motivate and deliver against agreed objectives, KPI's and SLA's in order to carry out responsibilities and meet agreed service and performance targets.
Produce pricing models using specialised statistical software.
Provide optimum pricing recommendations supported and tested by statistical & impact analyses to achieve profitable growth and correct areas of poor performance.
Evaluate new scheme, affinity and product propositions in order to identify potential profitability.
Review the company's profile mix and performance by rating factors for new business acquisition, cancellation and renewal retention using both internal and external data.
Using market research, provide detailed analysis and interpretation of results in order to monitor business volumes and profile mix.
Coach and train other members of the team, including managing work flows and priorities.
Liaise with underwriters, business development, external partners and others in relation to provision of information for contractual and / or regulatory purposes.
