Salary: £28000 - £40000 OTE

An office based job, where you will develop your own team of highly successful sales people, and help them as individuals improve their skills so they can progress within the Company.
Daily activity would include spending time with each of your team evaluating what opportunities they have on the go to ensure that every opportunity of business is taken. Identifying areas, which may be holding the individual back and praising where a good job has been done.
Monthly reviews are done with each team member, and weekly you would need to provide your KPI`s for your team, and identify areas of strength and improvement, including suggestions and implementation of ways to move forward.
You will need to ensure your team achieve targets every month, and that you highlight in advance of any reason why this would not be possible and make recommendations on a solution.
We are looking for an individual who has enthusiasm and determination to develop and maintain the best team possible by helping others achieve more. You must be responsible for your actions and the actions of your team members. You must be a person who, if there is a problem, you say how can it be solved and help empower others to do so.
Must have:
-GCSE English C or above
-GCSE Mathematics C or above
-NVQ3 or above in Management or Supervisory roles and have proven ability in this position for at least 1 year.
Ideal candidate will have worked in a Leadership, Supervisory or Management role in Sales in either the motor industry or finance industry, where you have had to run a team of at least 4 people, running to systems and getting others to do so.
Basic £18000 OTE £28000 - £40000 (uncapped commission)
